She has been serving her clients since 1983 as a Real Estate Broker, holding real estate licenses in both South Carolina and Georgia and is a member of the National, South Carolina and Georgia Board of Realtors. Patsy is also a certified consultant on new homes. She holds a Masters in New Home Sales and is a member of the National and Augusta Home Builders Association.

Through the years, Patsy Rector has received numerous outstanding awards both on the national and local levels. She is a lifetime member of the Circle of Excellence, holds Diamond and Sterling Awards and has been in the top 25 nationally for the National Real Estate Company.

Patsy Rector is a graduate of Wake Forest University, American Express International School of Customer Service, and Babcock School of Business Management.

Her outside interests are antique cars, of which she owns a showroom condition 1959 red & white corvette, her grandchildren and golf.
